Amity Technology 50 Series Defoliators are engineered to match harvester speed with the ability to properly defoliate at 5 mph vs. 3 mph with traditional defoliators. There is no need to work acres ahead. 50 Series defoliators enable the use of the natural insulation of the crop canopy in hot or cold conditions, keeping you harvesting faster and longer.
The Heart of the Machine
The heart of the 50 Series defoliators is the Amity shrouded, combination steel front drum. The vacuum effect created by the cup flails over the rows lift and cut the leaves. Then the leaves are directed to the L-knives, which finely size and distribute the leaves between the rows.
Exclusive Gearbox Drive
Amity Technology features the exclusive all gearbox drive on all defoliator models. Engineered to the power required, these boxes efficiently transfer low-maintenance power without belts or chains.

Автоматический контроль высоты
Active Height Control (AHC) on Amity defoliators is a major advancement on Amity Technology defoliators. The ever-changing field dynamics during sugar beet harvest can create challenges. AHC provides the tools for the job.
Sensors mounted on the rear of the machine, either on a skid or a scalper (depending on your operation), monitor the average beet height in comparison to the ground level, keeping the defoliator where you want it. Overall, this provides the operator with tools for the job.
ISOBUS control eliminates the need for additional screens.

Dynamic Stabilizer Wheels
